Common problems and fixes
- "Not available in your state": usually a sports restriction in your state, not a fault.
- Stuck in verification: check that your name and address match your ID exactly; support can review manually.
- App won't load or trades fail: check whether Kalshi itself is having problems (is Kalshi down?) and update to the latest version.
- Fake support messages: Kalshi support works inside the app; see Kalshi Discord and support.
